Make a Difference Today!
Why Should I Fundraise for JSpA?
As the largest charity organization in the United States dedicated to helping those with juvenile spondyloarthritis, SAA relies on motivated people like you to help our cause. By becoming a volunteer fundraiser, you will help our efforts in research, education and support – all with the goal of curing the disease.
Over the last 35 years, many of the major milestones in spondyloarthritis awareness, education, and research have been led by SAA.
What Can I Do?
Our volunteer fundraisers have been extremely inventive in creating projects that have helped benefit the spondylitis community. Some more athletic SAA members have run races and asked for pledges. Several have held very successful fundraising dinners, and one amazing teen even organized a baseball “Hit-a-Thon” derby—all on their own initiative. Hopefully their stories and these resources can inspire you to help make a difference.
Host an event in your community, start a virtual fundraiser, celebrate a life event, honor an individual and more. Get creative with your fundraiser! Here are some ways JSpA advocates like you are bringing us closer to raising critical funds for JSpA research.

Other Ways to Give
SAA is the leading nonprofit organization in the U.S. dedicating 100% of its resources to improving the lives of spondylitis patients and their families. If you share our commitment to ending spondylitis, you can help by making a one-time or monthly donation; donating in honor or memory of a loved one; or setting up a planned gift through wills, trusts, and estate giving.
